At Orange Crew Services we believe our unique structure sets us apart from other management companies. We are fully equipped with HVAC and pressure washing equipment and have experienced technicians on staff to complete necessary building maintenance such as HVAC, dryer vent and exhaust cleaning, as well as high dusting, parkade cleanings and exterior cleanings. With several years of working in the service industry we have also developed trusted relationships with various contractors who are able to complete any task that may arise efficiently and effectively. Ultimately, we are able to keep costs low and service prompt by having these services readily available. We understand the needs of each client will vary from property to property. Our team works with each individual to create a specialized program geared towards the successful, smooth operation of each project. We maintain contact with condominium boards, developers, tenants and owners to provide exceptional service to each property we manage.
